BIOGRAPHY

Kim Falster is the CEO of Clarity Aquatic, a company delivering nature-based solutions for water and wastewater treatment. He brings decades of experience across operations, sales, and general management in the water treatment sector.

Kim previously managed the world’s fifth-largest water filtration plant and later led a startup from strategic planning through to growth as the CEO. At Clarity Aquatic, he now oversees the use of Constructed Floating Wetlands. These modular, plant-based systems remove nutrients from waterways while supporting carbon capture through natural harvesting cycles.
